It´s a new high quality construction beach front with all the amenities you can think of! My congrats to the owner and architect, they´ve created an extremely comfortable house, every area has perfect space, for cooking, pool, talk or just chill out. By far THE BEST house I've stayed. La Nueva was an excellent option to stay at Troncones! It has amazing views, I love to be at the pool and the beach! I will definitely be back.

We loved this house!! The location is perfect - right on a beautiful beach and close to town. La Nueva is so creatively designed; it has so many fun and beautiful touches, from the fine woodwork, to the exquisite furnishings, to the outdoor deck and infinity pool. We loved sitting in the pool, sipping Margaritas and watching the spectacular sunsets. There was nothing we lacked; the staff, Marlen and Juan, were so sweet and helpful, taking care of our every need. We can't wait to go back. 5 stars!!!

We walked though the courtyard into this stunning home and we knew we had fallen into the lap of luxury. Just past the warm infinity pool, this home sits on an expansive sandy beach, which we basically had all to ourselves! It was perfect for surfing, swimming, boogie boarding and just playing in the sand with the kids. the house was spotless and the beds super comfy. It is very obvious how much this owner cares about his guests. There is so much attention to detail and the house is well supplied with everything you need to have the best vacation ever. He even supplies bikes so you can ride into the town of Troncones, where we felt very safe and welcome. All of our meals were excellent. Admittedly, I was a little leery of traveling to Mexico. Not anymore! I cannot wait to go back. I'm dreaming of being back there-relaxing in the hammock with a good book, overlooking the infinity pool while the sun sets-oh and a margarita! Heaven!!!

We watched whales every day from the serene pool/lounge area. Troncones is our home away from home and this was our 18th visit and first stay at La Nueva. Everyone from the owner to property manager to house staff are very accommodating and interested in making your stay exactly what you want. La Nueva has gorgeous finishes throughout the home with every detail considered. You’ll never want to leave the master bedroom as it’s a perfect place to enjoy the view morning to night; the deck off the master makes for an excellent reading nook to have some time alone. If you enjoy music, La Nueva has the best speaker set up we’ve ever encountered. No need to bring your Bluetooth as you’ll have a speaker in every room and excellent speakers by the pool. We danced, played cards, relaxed, swam, and had the best views during meals at La Nueva. Oh, and the electric garage door is a rare find in Troncones!

A Little taste of paradise on earth! the house is fully equipped for all your needs and friendly staff always in stand by. We loved taking strolls on the beach, building sand castles with the kids, body surfing in the waves (you can find the boogie boards in the house, there are also surf boards, paddle boards and pool toys), and even doing yoga and planks by sunrise :) (Yoga Mats also included in the house) The open showers are also a great experience! you feel connected with nature and the house has such simple and cozy details that make you feel like home. From the hamaca, to the lounge terrace and the outside grill is perfect for an evening BBQ. Me and my family had such a great time in this place! It had everything we needed, we only had to enjoy and relax.

This was our first time ever to the town of Troncones. It took no time for us all (2 couples) to know that this was going to be the best vacation ever! The house, La Nueva, was so over the top beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It was perfectly designed for privacy and relaxation. The house was so nicely appointed with beautiful custom furnishings and tasteful artwork throughout. The sweet couple, Marlen and Juan, that caretake were amazing - always so pleasant and friendly, eager to prepare and cook meals and do laundry when requested. They were there for you! The outdoor showers were a highlight. The infinity pool was amazing to spend time in visiting and watching the most beautiful sunsets every night! We often found ourselves in the pool at night because it was so pleasant. The ocean is unbelievable, too! We tried the surfboards and boogie boards every day - so much fun and lots of laughter! We rented ATVs, went horseback riding and shell-collecting on the beautiful, quiet beach. This was truly Heaven at its best! The people we met in the town of Troncones were all so friendly and interesting to chat with, and we felt so safe everywhere we went. La Nueva was an amazing place to stay and we cannot wait to return one day. We loved every minute of our time together in Troncones! Highly Recommend this property!

I’ve been coming to this town for 20 years and have stayed in many homes. This was amazing! We saw whales nearly everyday from the pool. It is a brand new home with everything you could ask for. It’s the first place I’ve stayed in Troncones with an ice maker. That’s a big deal. Speakers throughout the home and at the pool made our days and nights perfect. Bedrooms offered privacy and the office was great for the little bit of work I did. One of the best places in Troncones.

This new, beautifully finished home is right on the beach in a wonderful, idyllic little town. Everything was perfect; the house and grounds have so many extra touches and the staff insured everything was perfect. We loved sitting in the pool, drinking our Margaritas and watching the spectacular sunsets! We hated to leave and can't wait to go back.. Five Stars!!

The location is very good, the beach is clean and with an incredible view! This is an excellent option to stay with an impressive pool. The owner is very attentive and his treatment is very kind. We will visit again!

Gorgeous house with an amazing location. Right on the water with an unobstructed view. Walking distance from the town center and restaurants. Relax all day by the pool, take a horse ride down the beach or surf right out the back door! House has everything you need. The outdoor showers are the best!!! The staff is lovely and everyone in our party had a great time! Honestly can't wait to go back and will most definitely be booking at Casa Despacito again!!!

I visited troncones on February 19, the house was really beautiful. I love the pool and all the views of the beach. 100% recomendable.

La Nueva is an amazing beach front property conveniently located between Troncones main Street and the beaches to the north. You have a great choice of places to eat within walking distance! It's a beautiful spot on a really nice beach. The house and gardens are spectacular. Relaxing is mandatory and the surroundings perfect. The Pool is so incredible that you feel like you have your own private beach and Ocean! Can't say enough good things about this place, I highly recommend it!
